Simple pricing for
structured communities.

The Roleplay Bot is a Discord organization management platform — ranks, applications, tickets, personnel, and day-to-day operations in one bot and dashboard. Start free, and pay only when your community outgrows it.

Plans

All plans include the core bot and dashboard. One subscription covers the number of connected Discord servers included in your plan.

Managed configuration

Optional. If you would rather not set the bot up yourself, we can do it with you — a one-time service, separate from any subscription.

Billing questions

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in the currency listed beside each plan. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout by our payment processor.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and the change takes effect as described in our Terms of Service.

How do cancellations work?

You can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What does Priority Support mean?

Messages from a paid plan are answered first. It is about order, not speed — no plan comes with a promised response time, and every message is read whatever you pay. See the Support page for how to reach us.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase — see our Refund Policy for what can affect that and how to ask.

Who processes my payment?

Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle sells you the plan, issues your receipt, and handles tax — see our Terms of Service and Paddle's own Buyer Terms.

Do you store my card details?

No. Payments are processed by Paddle, and full card details are never stored on our systems. See our Privacy Policy.

Do I have to buy setup?

No. Setup is entirely optional — the bot and dashboard are designed to be set up yourself, with a guided setup checklist built in. The service is there if you would rather not.

Does setup include a paid plan?

No. Paying for setup pays for the configuration work only. It does not include a subscription, raise any limit, or unlock any paid feature.

Do I need a subscription after setup?

Only if your account needs more than the free plan gives you — more connected servers, or a feature that is part of a paid plan. If the free plan covers what you run, setup does not change that.

Does setup cover more than one server?

Each package covers one Discord server. Further servers can be configured for an additional fee, shown above — and your plan's connected-server limit still applies to them.

Need something custom?

Larger organizations and networks are priced individually. Talk to us and we will put a plan together.

Do Discord Server Boosters get a discount?

Eligible discounts may be applied automatically when available — boosting our official Discord server can currently include an eligible booster discount on eligible non-subscription purchases, checked from your Discord roles when you're signed in with the boosting account, with nothing to type in. It never reduces the price of a subscription. See Booster Perks for the full list of what boosting includes.
